The brand.

Bluu is an elevated knitwear label founded by Isabella, built around the idea of the everyday uniform: signature knitted bombers, wide-leg sweatpants, refined wool blend co-ords, the kind of pieces that get worn together and worn often. The brand's positioning is its own line, “your new everyday uniform,” and the product range delivers it. Co-ords in considered colourways. Monogrammed Bs that read as a wardrobe staple rather than a logo flex. Since launching their website Bluu has been picked up by both Glamour magazine and Vogue, showcasing the level their website is playing at from day one.

The brief.

Isabella came to us for a full website launch. For a fashion brand whose first impression was happening online, the website wasn't a follow-up to the brand. It was the brand. The brief was clear: Izzy wanted a site that would wow customers, build trust, and convert. For a label whose whole proposition is coherence, we made sure every detail worked to the same idea.

I started working with Lara as I wanted my website to be the main focal point of my brand. Lara didn’t just bring my vision to life - she exceeded all expectations! The website.

The homepage opens like a fashion cover. Three tiles, three words, and three full-bleed images of Bluu's distinct product line. Directly beneath it, we showcase that Bluu has already been featured in both Glamour and Vogue, immediately building trust with the customer. Every section follows the same theme - clean studio photography, lots of negative space, and typography which lets the products do the talking.

Merchandising shines through on the product page. Bluu is built on matching sets, so the site is also built on sets. Every product page has a 'Complete the Look' section with the matching piece displayed and just one click away. Underneath it all, conversion-enhancing features do their job, without feeling obvious: a size guide that's clear, and easily accessed, detailed product copy including how-to-style tips and size & fit notes, transparent shipping details and a clear returns policy, customer reviews to build trust, and more. All of it works and delivers a shopping experience that Bluu's loyal customers have come to love.
