What's actually included in the two weeks?
Setup of your theme, theme customisation to your brand (fonts, colours, layout), product imports up to 30 items, standard pages (About, Contact, Returns, Privacy), store-level SEO foundations, domain connection, and launch. Anything outside that is in the package detail or available as an add-on.
Why two weeks? Most designers quote six to eight.
Because we've been building stores for years and we know what works and what doesn't. We're not starting from scratch like other designers will have you believe - we're implementing layouts and structure we know works well. What slows other designers down is building everything from scratch rather than implementing a tried and tested system.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
If you have a Shopify store with products already uploaded and set up, choose The Refresh. If you're starting from nothing, or migrating from Etsy, Squarespace, Wix, or another platform, choose The Launch. If you're still not sure, book a free 15-minute call.
What if my content isn't ready?
The two-week clock starts from content sign-off, not from purchase. We'll hold your slot for seven days after purchase. After that, your start date moves to the next available opening. We'd always rather wait for your content than launch something unfinished.
What do I need to prepare before I submit?
Your brand assets (logo, fonts, colour codes), product images and information, any copy you want on the site, and an idea of which template you'd like. We'll send a content brief after purchase that walks you through everything step by step.
What happens after launch?
You own the store and the Shopify account outright. We'll share a short video walkthrough after launch, and two weeks of post-launch support is included. After that, The Line - our monthly access retainer at $75 CAD per month - is available if you'd like ongoing support.
