PROCESS QUESTIONS
04 questionsHow does the process actually work?
You choose a package, and purchase directly on the site. After purchase you receive a content brief, a structured form that walks you through exactly what we need. You submit your content, we review it within two business days, and confirm your start date. From there, your store is built and live within 14 days.
When does the two-week clock start?
From content sign-off, not from purchase. The clock starts when we've confirmed that everything we need has been received and meets our requirements.
What if my content doesn't meet the requirements?
We'll let you know within two business days exactly what's missing or needs updating. The timeline pauses until it's resolved.
How do I submit feedback and revisions?
Through a structured form we send when the build is ready for review. We action everything in a single pass.

04 questionsWhat's the difference between The Launch and The Refresh?
The Launch is for brands with no existing Shopify store, or whose existing store doesn't have products set up. The Refresh is for brands with a working Shopify store that needs a redesign.
Are the add-ons really fixed price?
Yes. You don't need to worry about hourly rates or scope creep. If you need something specific that falls outside the scope or add-on options, please contact us and we can discuss a custom package.
Can I add things after I've purchased?
Add-ons can be discussed and added before your build starts. Once the build is underway we work from the confirmed scope.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout.
CONTENT QUESTIONS
03 questionsDo you write the copy for the site?
We shape the homepage sections and supporting copy from information you give us about your brand. You provide the About page copy and product descriptions, or purchase those as add-ons.
What if I don't have professional photography?
We need at least two landscape images and three portrait images that are high-resolution and uncompressed. While professional photography is not required, we do recommend it.
What happens if I miss the content deadline?
We hold your slot for seven days after purchase. After that, your start date moves to the next available opening.
POST-LAUNCH QUESTIONS
04 questionsWhat happens after launch?
Two weeks of post-launch support is included for any questions. We'll also share a video walkthrough showing you how to manage, update and maintain your store. After that, The Line monthly retainer is available for ongoing support.
Do I own the store?
Completely. You own the Shopify account and everything in it. There's no lock-in and no ongoing fees from us unless you choose The Line.
Can you make changes to the store after launch?
Anything within the two-week post-launch support window is covered. After that, changes are quoted separately or handled through The Line.
Who builds the store?
Lara builds every store. This is not an automated process and your store is never AI-generated. You're paying for a specific person's judgment and skill, applied to your brand, delivered in two weeks.
